“The mind is a terrible thing to waste” The mind is the command center of the body and controls our thoughts, emotions, and actions. The healthy physical body primes the mind for emotional and mental fitness in a symbiotic way.  

 

Usually both mind and body have an interrelated effect to produce momentum of either spiraling upward or downwards, feeding off of each other’s health.  

 

To master the mind from an ancestral perspective has to do with feeding it with proper nutrition, exercise, and sleep for hormonal balance as well as mind-enhancing activity drills to help sharpen control of focus.

Proper sleep is also a key to rejuvenate the mind. There could be some time that you try to calm your mind and body but just can’t seem to do it.  I know the devastating effects that it can have on both the mind and body.
